Well, at least I can communicate with others and Chinese is extremely important for those kind of firms so I said English is important but not MOST important.

I would say at least that's the cast we are talking. If you don't know English and going to U.S. without any assistant with you or you have not relatives living there, Then you are probably a genius or either a fool.
