As for just rcon, it's the same as most source games. You can login to rcon by typing:

rcon_password "your rcon password here"

Then you can change the map by typing something like:

rcon changelevel l4d_vs_farm01_hilltop

Then you can restart the round by typing:

rcon mp_restartgame 1

You can kick:

rcon kick "name here"

總之係console內打 rcon_password "your rcon password here"
再係你想打的command之前加個"rcon "上去就得了
