If you are under 13, here is a friendly warning
FOR ALL GAMES
- If you have a mic, DO NOT use it.
- What you have to realize is that once we hear your voice, weinstantly know how old you are, and we lose respect for you. (Makingvote kicks, bans, and griefing on you VERY likely)
- If you have advice on how to play the game, please keep it to yourself.
- Most games are rated M 17+ so you are a guest.
- Please ask yourself, how do WOULD YOU feel if some annoying sounding kid joined the game and started telling you how to play it?
- Common child behavior is to prove you are adults and old enough, soyou tell others how to do things, and general answers. But WE KNOW whatyou know.
- Again, I highly suggest children under 13 do NOT use mics. Spread the word.
- Personally - Once I hear your voice in L4D2 I stop caring about youbeing incapped, if you annoy me I will vote kick you without feelingguilty, and subconciously I will be negative and hostile towards you.
Just because your mom or dad bought you this game, does not give youthe right to join a game where a bunch of friends are having fun, andmake everyone play YOUR way. There's a lot of ways to play, and yourway is just one way.
I haven't seen this many kids in a game since TF2 (cause of largeplayer base a lot of kids are in it) But when I join "Quick play" and7/10 servers have kids with mics, I rage.
I seriously want to grab these parents and ask WTF is wrong with you?
As a server owner on TF2, I feel guilty kicking players for smallstuff, but DO NOT feel guilty AT ALL when kicking a kid for his mic usefor like 10 minutes non stop.
Thank you.
EDIT: Why can't kids play this?
