you should teach people how to make a safe room
eg . place saferoom exit door, info_player_start and 4 info_survivor_position
make checkpoint safe room
create trigger_changelevel brush around the safe room  ,place the prop_door_rotating_checkpoint ,info_landmark

階級填env_rain
not a good way and may not work in l4d2


In l4d2 you should create a block that invisible to the area you want to rain and tie to func_precipitation . It can detect the buildings and not rain inside.
But if some in door areas still raining you can create func_precipitation_blocker to block the rain
