D答案應該全對了. 多數past perfect tense 會用係兩種action之間, 因為會清楚D咁認清邊樣比較遲發生
*當然有had果個係發生係普通past tense 之前

before  - past perfect

咁點樣可以聽佢朋友講發生早過返左香港?Sally都未返香港, 佢朋友就講到佢返香港???
but, when, because 你又知唔知咩意思?
句子轉返做中文其實理解都唔難, 你唔好諗到學一種新語言好似好難咁
其實好多野都有關聯有關係的
*你完全理解錯哂, 連接詞唔一定表達到時性.
