下载http://clientconfig.passport.net/pp450/ppcrlconfig.bin?rollrs=04保存到C:\Documents and Settings\[用户名]\Application Data\Microsoft\IdentityCRL 下并重命名为ppcrlconfig.dll
下载http://clientconfig.passport.net/ppcrlui.bin保存到 C:\Documents and Settings\[用户名]\Application Data\Microsoft\IdentityCRL下并重命名为ppcrlui.dll

并拷贝这两个文件到C:\Documents and Settings\[用户名] \Application Data\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\production，如果存在则覆盖。

再次打开 windows live mail desktop程序即可出现配置界面。
