first delete your current sourcemod , then download this sourcemod
http://www.sourcemod.net/smdrop/1.4/sourcemod-1.4.0-hg3394-windows.zip

also download this metamod
http://www.metamodsource.net/mmsdrop/1.9/mmsource-1.9.0-hg765-windows.zip

after download this two file , just follow this post to install sourcemod

after install the sourcemod , go to this post to download build 5.0

if you want to run build 5.0 , you must install SDKHOOKS
