Q1 既然係話"increased by 156% and 25% respectively"
我地let 個original number 為 x , y為the percentage change in the number of members in the third years

so -> 1st year  :   x + 1.25x = 2.25x
而2nd year 則 :   2.25x + (0.25)(2.25x)   = 2.8125x
3rd year 為    :  2.8125x + (y)(2.8125x) = x
                                                              (1+y) = 0.355
                                                                      y = -0.65
->65% decreased
因為第三年係番左去原本個人數(x) , 即人數少左 ,得出黎既y係負數

Q2 我都唔知我咁答個MISS收唔收貨 , 不過都參考下la....
最簡單做法應該係是但set個數入去做 , 唔係好建議set咁多個unknown影響自己思考

當Jenny重x
100-x / 100 = 0.24 , x = 76 (Jenny重76kg)
當Annie重y
76-y/76  = -0.15 , y = 87.4 (Annie重87.4kg)
For A)Tammy heavier than Annie?
100-87.4/100 x 100% = 12.6%
For B)Annie lighter than TAMMY?
87.4-100/87.4 x 100% = -14.4%
