can anyone help? I can join game but cant host a game. If I use vlan, do I need to add friends from steam? If yes, is the only way to add friends are they are in the chat room? Do I have to add them one by one? Plz help

host game need the srcds.exe
you can download this
in left 4 dead file
use the srcds.exe can host game

thanks I can host the game now

can I ask few more things

1. where to make change such as difficulity?
2. how to make vote?
3. where to set p/w?
4. If the same guys want to play again, we need to go out and join the sever again?
5. If the host left the game or shut down srcds, will the other all become disconnected?
