The temperature of the water bath rises from 27℃ to 31.7℃. What is the specific heat capacity of the metal block?
(specifi heat capacity of water=4200Jkg-* ℃-*)

第二條:
if 2kg of water at 80℃ is mixed with 5kg of water at 30℃, what is the final temperature of the 'mixture'?
(specifi heat capacity of water=4200Jkg-* ℃-*)

第三條:
The same amount of energy is transferred to an equal mass of water and copper.
which has a higher temperature rise, water or copper?
(the specifi heat capacities of water and copper are 4200Jkg-* ℃-* and 370 Jkg-* ℃-* respectively.)

第四條:
john is using a 200-W electric heater to heat 0.5kg of soup(Fig.c).What is the temperature of the soup after 5minutes if its initial temperature of is 20℃?
Assume all the energy given out by the electric heater is absorbed by the soup.

如果係31度
水獲得既熱能:4x4200x4=67200J
鐵失去既熱能:3X(100-31)Xc
兩者相等
c=324Jkg-1C-1
第2條
兩者合埋總熱能:2x80x4200+5x30x4200=1302000J
加埋後有7kg水
1302000/7/4200=44.3度

heater輸出熱能:200X5X60=60000J
60000= m c /\t
=0.5(4200)/\t
/\t =28.6度
20+28.6=48.6度
