i don't no understand what is powerful player and new player? definition

new player means theY are new (first or second or third or fourth or ...100th)
new player are more rubbish than powerful then powerful player
on the other hand,
powerful player are more god than new player
new player usually alt +q+q FREQUENLY but god hand less qlt+q+q
they wizard water fast and quickly
