Use Steam Up(.exe) http://www.ipve.com/bbs/viewthre ... &extra=page%3D2
unzip the whole STEAM file to your Program file
and run the SteamUp(.exe) , * There may be an ERROR!*
never mind , continue to ope STEAM
it will run the update
