時間 Time：        10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
地點 Address：        九龍灣.宏光道1號.億京中心.地面停車場        Billion Centre Car Park (G/F) 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloonbay
確認編號 Confirmation number：        HKAMFA_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
身份證號碼 ID Card reference:       xxxx
門票類別 Ticket category: 『香港會展現場』(HKCEC)



注意事項：

• 登記人請帶同本通知書及出示身份証，待核實與登記時的資料相符後，我們方會發出門票。
• 登記人如委託他人領取門票，受托人需出示本人身份証及提供登記人之身份証副本作資料核實。
• 所有門票經已按早前登記時的先後次序排列座位，領票人的領票先後並不會影響其座位安排。
• 每張身份證只限登記索取兩張門票。
• 如門票於上述領票時間內未被領取，大會將會收回有關門票，不得補領。
• 登記人領票後如遺失門票，恕不補發門票。
• 所有門票均屬非賣品，不得轉售或作其他商業用途。
• 為確保領票人仕的人身安全，領票人仕必須遵從在場大厦管理人流的各項安排。
• 本會保留『香港亞洲流行音樂節2013』門票的分發決定權。
• 場內提供傷健人士之設施有限,如當時未能提供服務,致歉 。
• 大會不會提供HKAMF『音樂映院』入場門券予HKAMF『香港會展現場』入場門券持有者。
• 請留意，節目將於2013年3月22日晚上7:30分開始，請最遲15分鐘前入座。

如有任何疑問，請於辦公時間內（星期一至五上午9:00-下午5:30）致電本會 2861 4368聯絡。


Points to note:

• The collector is required to bring the copy of the confirmation email, and HKID card within the prescribed time and date to collect the tickets.
• Tickets may be collected by duly authorised person. This representative shall bring a copy of your ID card as well as to present the confirmation email and his/her ID card for collection. Data collected shall adhere to personal data protection regulations.
• 2 Tickets will only be issued upon matching our database of successful registrants
• Ticket seats are pre-allocated according to sequence of booking and are not affected by your collection time.
• Lost tickets will not be replaced
• All tickets are not for sale, re-sale or for any commercial purpose.
• For person safety purpose, collectors are advised to adhere to the direction of the building management during collection.
• HKAMF and the organizer reserve all rights and have the ultimate decision in this ticket distribution.
• This notice itself is for information only and it does not accord the collector extra tickets. Once the ticket is issued to you or your authorized representative, your collection right ceases.
• Facilities for the disabled on site is limited. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• HKAMF2013 Music In Cinema tickets will not be offered to HKAMF-HKCEC ticket holders.
• The Show commences on 22/03/2013 from 7:30pm, please be seated 15 minutes before .
