姐係o係to後面既verb係用basic form
例如: I want to play football.  /  I come to help you.
呢個to係因為有個use同add  同上面兩個例句一樣 都係夾住 ...

順帶一提 to 後面吾一定 bare infinitive.
當佢作preposition 或 phrase用, eg looking forward to
事實上 looking forward to 可以分為 looking forward to
後面係變為跟gerund. 即 looking forward to seeing (original word:see) you
